2. Your rights as a data subject


Right to information (art. 15, par. 1 GDPR)


You have the right to be informed by our data protection service about the categories of data stored, the purpose of the processing, the recipients, the planned retention period and your right to information. If your personal data is not collected directly from you, you have the right to be informed of the origin of this data.


Right of rectification (art. 16 GDPR)


You have the right to request rectification and/or completion of your data if the personal data processed about you is inaccurate or incomplete.


Right to erasure (art. 17 GDPR)


You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data. The data will be erased immediately if you wish. In some cases, however, your data cannot be erased. In the event of a limitation, we will ensure that the personal data can no longer be processed or modified. If the restriction of processing has been obtained in accordance with the aforementioned conditions, you will be informed of this by the controller before the restriction is lifted.


Right to data portability (art. 20 GDPR)


You have the right to obtain the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if necessary, to transmit them to third parties.

The right to data portability does not apply to the processing of personal data necessary for the execution of a mission of public interest or relating to the exercise of public authority vested in the controller.
