Right to information (Art. 15, para. 1 GDPR)

Links to social media platforms are integrated in such a way that no data is directly transferred to the social media operator. Integration on our web pages is achieved via direct links. Data transfer only occurs once you click on the link.

YouTube
We include videos on our website. The content of these videos is stored directly on the platforms and embedded on our site. When you access such a video, your IP address, technical information such as your browser, operating system, and basic device information, as well as the website you visited, are transmitted. Furthermore, we have embedded the YouTube videos in a way that complies with data protection regulations using the "enhanced data protection mode."
Personal data is only transferred once you have viewed a video. Only then is a connection to YouTube's server established and a corresponding cookie used to save your settings. By viewing the videos, you leave our site and access YouTube's external platform, which is beyond our control.

reCAPTCHA
Purpose and legal basis
We use Google's reCAPTCHA service. With reCAPTCHA, a JavaScript element is embedded in the source code, allowing the software to load in the background and analyze your user behavior. The data is already being used and analyzed before you check the "I'm not a robot" box. Google uses this data to calculate a score that, firstly, determines whether the visitor is a person (human being) or if the entries are malicious, resulting from automated processing (e.g., bots). Secondly, it also helps prevent fraudulent bulk orders, which can pose risks to the company's infrastructure. ReCAPTCHA also protects our customers and safeguards them against cybercrime.

Order placement and processing
Contractual data
When you order one of our products, we ask you to provide your personal data, which we need to conclude the contract. This contractual data is stored by us for the duration of the contractual relationship, insofar as we need it for the performance of the contract.
